Both my rear door triangles are corroded and I've done a search and can't find anything on A3/S3 regarding what's inclined to change them.
Does anyone know if it can be done without removing the rear door trim etc?
Here's a pic if what I mean

My driver's side was like this when I bought my 57reg about 3 years ago. Passenger side is (and still is perfect). Mine are matt/satin black; I sanded them down (peeling the seals back where I could) and masked around and gave it a few sprays of satin black paint and it looked pretty good.

Could do the same with yours albeit with gloss? (by the looks of your photo)

Thanks for your input.
I originally thought about wrapping it but would like to replace it now and wondered if anyone had changed theirs as Audi want 2 hours per side!!!!

Yea I'm not sure how to remove it, it probably needs the door stripping down or something like that (would be interested myself).

mine are corroded too . you have to remove the door card and then remove the door glass with the frame attached , looks like a cabriolet when removed . then you have to strip it further to get the triangle out .

I thought someone was going to confirm my fears.
Think I may try and flat them a wrap them.
