Door lights

Hi

I was thinking of fitting on some door lights onto my A3 2004 model as I don't think my year version has them. Does anyone know how I would go about wiring it to the car so when the doors open the light turns on? I was thinking of somehow wiring it upto the car interior light

Where are you located for someone local to you to code the lights for you? Assuming you don't have access to VCDS?

I'm in London but my mate has got VCDS so that's fine, it looks complicated though =S

Its not complicated, Robins looms are so easy to install, coding is a piece of cake.

just cutting the hole out Is the harder part.

I have looked everywhere for the part numbers for the door handles front and rear with the lights already in.
I have an A3 8P S-Line SB MY09

Can anyone help me?
