You dont know anything about the internals and whether its trusted person whos built it, whether balancing is correct hoe much psi the turbo can handle they just dont seem as safe as turbos made by companys duch as TD or cr turbos etc etc personally i wouldnt buy one but its up to you, ive thought about them and asked questions to the sellers they seem legit but cant be sure, end of the day its ebay and u wont get customer satisfaction or advice As end of the day they are trying ti make a sale but good luck to anyone who wants to buy one
