Will these fit my a3 Sportback 19" staggered ch rims

I'm after getting 19" ch staggered rims just wondering will these catch with people in the car sat low on coilovers

Front wheels are 8.5x19 Offset Et42
Rear wheels are 9.5x19 Offset Et45
What's the best tyre size for these or am I best getting 18" rims

They were MIRO STP2 and yes I was slammed, right down on the 225/35 tyre. I was using 15mm spacers too. to be honest it didn't rub or scrape much unless I hit bigger holes

I think somewhere around ET40 with a 9.5 in the rear is flush with the fender if thats what youre after

Edit: I've since sold these and am going for a less aggressive set up
 
I'm after flush fitting but don't want to rub when there is 2 people in back would an et45 be ok
