As the title says I've problem with disc brakes/calipers (not sure which one) but whenever I slow down to 1st or 2nd gear one of the two components seem to scream (not that loud though) but I could hear it very clearly!
And it is very annoying, it happens only on stop and start, mostly 1st and 2nd gear!
This might also help; it seem to scream louder when holding the clutch and about to shift!
A3 3.2 v6 2004 with only 37k mileage (NOT many miles covers, so was just wondering what it could be)
Also anybody knows what disc brakes/calipers are being used in 3.2 V6s? Is it the same as S3s, could I use the S3s!
I was after some RS5 brakes and calipers, not sure if they would fit, if not what do you guys recommend?
Does anybody knows how to measure a disc brakes to find out the remaining lifespan or what's the best way to tell if they need replcement!?
