new owner

Hi there. New to the Audi scene. Just got this s3 and I love it. When I bought it the brakes were shot, so I have just put some new ones on so all is good. My only issue is the heated seats, at best they both only get mildly warm. I've had a look about on the forum and it seems to be a bit if a common thing ,but I can't find anything about how to sort it? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance
