Aux retrofit... Again!

So after reading the retrofit guide, properly this time, and fitting my aux port into the centre console I've taken it to a friend with vcds.

We followed the guide and nothing happened, only to realise I have the sw0550 rather than the sw0650 the guide states I require!

Anyone nee know how I upgrade my software?

Any my help would be appreciated!
