Multi spoke all the way. Rotors look weird on earlier cars and spokes look great all round. Go for the dark ones.

ps, if anyone is selling any PM me.

Tuff choice......

Ive always liked the rotors but they are expensive, the second pic is my car and how it stands at the min

decisions decisions.........

Personally I prefer the multi spoke wheels.
I do think rotors look nice on certain colours and models but on that car multi spokes.

Seems fairly split so far really which I'm surprised about, thought the rotors would of had a strong following.

Thanks for the replies thus far

rotors.I bought an 11 plate instead of the 10 that I was getting just because of the wheels! so easy to clean as well...

I guess the other issue to consider is the multi spokes are already on and Genuine rotors cost upwards of a £1000.

i know my wheels will be worth something but still that's a lot a bucks.

Either so long as they are genuine and not some cheap eBay copy.
If I had to choose, multi spokes.

Multispokes.

Or Rotors if you want to come back to your car in a carpark one day, to find it on bricks with no wheels :sadlike:

I don't see the appeal of rotors(apart from the fact they are the facelift wheel)

Multi spokes. I have a set of the dark one's on my A3.

I'm not a fan of the 2 tone rotor wheels

Rotors!

I had the BBS wheels as shown above on my last car, and I don't know what it was about Rotors, but every time I saw them on an audi, they just looked the business.

I spent ages wanting a set, and finally got 2 sets!

1 set in 20" OEM finish and another set in 19" matt black with silver blades.

I kept telling myself that I was going to use the 19"'s as winter wheels, but I just can't bring myself to take the 20" beasts off, they look awesome on a white car.

I even think the look great on a pre-facelift, helps to freshen up the look of the whole car, and to the untrained eye, most people will think it is a lot younger than it is.

Think I'm gonna stick with the multi spokes....... at least for now.

Quite surprised how many people like the look of them, although I really like the rotors I think the remarks to and for the wheels plus the £1000 price tag has but it on hold.

Best get the sponge on the the ones that are on it.

thanks again for the replies.:icon_thumright:

I had the Anthracite twin spokes on my first S3 (2010 plate) however they changed them later in 2010 for the rotors, had rotors on our 2011 A3 BE sportback TDi and 2011 S3 Silver 3 door and i have to say i prefered the rotors.

They are even better on the RS3 in 19".

I also find the rotors easier to clean, however they are a pain if you kerb them unless you get tyres with good rim protection.

Given your car is white (same as mine!), perhaps these might help: (All 19's)

Anthracite Bimotos:

Shadow chrome CH's:

Rotors (missing the centre caps!):

Black CH's:

And Speedlines with white centres and gold bolts....

Rotors still look the best... Although they shadow chrome chs are very nice also...

the thing is... If rotors werent an oem part and not so many motors had them, then everybody would want them cause they do look the best imo

I have to be honest. The more pics of the rotors I am seeing the more I want a set haha I WILL NOT CONFORM!! really quite fancy a set of aftermarket rims or the NEW RS3 wheels :hubbahubba: not sure where to get them or if you can yet

Untitled

The other upside of the rotors is they show off an RS disc and caliper kit sooooooooo well......

(excuse the filthy wheels!)

Surely its worth conforming for that!?
