Brake Pad Worn Indicator

Hi Guys,

Am I correct in assuming that my 2009 S3 SB will let me know when the brake pads are worn? I don't want to change them until I have to but will keep more of an eye on them if not all S3's have this feature.

Yes 1 side will have brake wear sensor.

Cheers Nige. Got squeaky brakes whenever it has been raining. Will wait until the pads are worn down then look for some new discs and pads.

nearside/front has the sensor.
