The parts catalogue for all VAG models is called ETKA. It is not available to UK customers. Copies used to be sold on eBay but that has now stopped. BUT...
It is still possible to download a copy of the software and all the monthly updates from a website based in the USA. It seems that the restrictions on it being used by individuals for their own use are not so silly in the USA.

Have a look at this website - www.mytourareg.info. You will need to register with the site which is free but there are forums all about the software and details of how you can download and install a copy for your own personal use. For commercial use you would need to purchase a copy from VAG.
