audi a3 2.0 tdi go into limp mode when push it hard

When I take the car over 3000 rpm normal in a high gear it goes into limp mode and the turbo sound londer then normal can anyone help been told that the turbo is fu-k had it plug in and t saying overboost.

More likely caked up, and it and actuator needs cleaning.
No biggie to do.
