For some reason my car came back from a service with the passenger side jets mis-aligned, and they now squirt pedestrians instead of the windscreen.

Its not as if I haven't adjusted this kind of thing before, but for some reason I'm struggling here. If anyone here has done this successfully with a new A3 / Sportback, I'm all ears.

Thanks

J

Unless they have knocked the jet out of it's position which if it's squirting people on the pavement, I'm assuming you've not taken to driving down the pavements and these people are clinging to your bonnet, you can adjust them with a safety pin.

Mine was the same.

They have to take off the scuttle panel (plastic cover under the wipers) to service the car and this can knock the jets out of line.

As J says, use a pin to tweak them by trial and error.

Cheers guys - just looked at it in daylight and its obvious (blush)
