Removal of Rear Diffuser HELP

Hi I was wondering to change the rear diffuser do you have to remove the rear bumper too? Just purchased a diffuser and am hoping it's relatively simple. I'd rather try and avoid taking the whole back bumper off if possible!

Did you get sorted? I need to take mine off to get painted, The body shop are quoting 4 hours labour for removal and refit, if I can take the diffuser off myself I'll do that to save the cash

Yeah I managed to get it off eventually, found a walk through guide on the internet somewhere! It's a bit of a fiddle as both headlights have to come out too. Think I used this post.
