Don't hit me for saying this. I know the best way forward will always be a legit cable with the proper support etc.
But I only need VCDS for 1 or 2 things and I can't justify the £250 or however much it is.
So let's say hypothetically, if I was to buy a cable on eBay, which particular one would suit my 08 A3 2.0TDI?
I know there are several types and even if it costs £20 I still don't want to waste money getting the wrong one!
