Hello Fourm


i have been checking my levels and I think my water may be a bit low
it was serviceed 11k ago and had and oil change around 5k ago.


the marking on the manual is a different type to the acctual one.

One i have in my car, the level sits about half way above xxxed area above the min line ( please see bottle markings below)
is this too low or just right ?

Bottles look the same shape and capacity.
So use the top bottle as the marker for where the max level should be.
I'd say if the level is about 20mm above the central seem, then level is spot on.
Any lower then the min line, then add the pink additive.
 
Thanks guys thought it looked low as I have the second type of bottle there is mo maximum line seems mad.
Is it just antifreeze ? I add
 
Yeah you should be okay adding neat pink coolant additive. After all winter is on it's way.
