So tomorrow is the day my 2.0 TDI had DPF removed and gets remapped (and has a service) I'm carless for 2 days but hopefully it's going to be so worth it!!

Get the ERG blanked off as well as the map will need altering if you do it later.

Company called Track Tek, I know the guy who owns it.
Wasn't planning on doing anything with EGR for time being to be honest. Is it really worth it?

So having dropped it off this morning, I asked about EGR, he things it's part of the same remap to keep the valve closed but is going to check with the guy doing the remap tomorrow when he arrives.
So it's done.
Found out that it had actually had a remap before, just a very poor one causing over fuelling and mostly combinations to my problems.
Now it's been done properly drives like a completely different car. Superb drive again now.
