Plastic Cover on back of Front seats

Can you remove the plastic part on the back of the drivers and passenger seats? Mine have scratches and got another set of seats with mint one's. If so how do they come off?
 
Yes you can, hooked over at bottom, held in top with spring clips that have to be pulled out slightly then pushed to the slides to release.
 
Anybody got a part number and price for these? Mine are really scratched, thought I was going to have to replace the whole seat.
 
Having them recovered in alacantara or something similar like yours would look a bit out of place with my interior as I've not got leather or half leather. And if I vinyl wrapped them, I think the scratches would still show through.
