Help me buy the right car

I'm about to buy my first A3. Being new to Audi I'm not sure what model/ spec I need.

I'm looking at a 2/3 year old S Line but want to know the following.
does the following come as standard or are they factory options

Bluetooth phone connection
privacy glass
parking sensors

The black edition has privacy glass as standard as well as the black pack, flat bottom steering wheel and rotors,
I have one so I'm biased but those things swung it for me.
The satnav RNSE can be retrofitted.
The rear sensors can be retrofitted as well.
Try and look the comfort pack as this has the rear parking sensors/ auto wipers and lights and cruise control all included.
Hold out for one with everything if u can

I also want a 2L TDI with S Tronic.
Am I right in thinking there is a 170 BHP version or is that the S3?

Hi Phil, yes ur correct there are 140 and 170 bhp versions either manual it s tronic.
The S3 has 265 bhp and comes in petrol only with manual and s tronic bud

One thing to think about is the 140 is no slouch and not as quick as the 170 but the road tax is only 30 quid a year compared to 110 I think for the 170.
The mpg is better on the first but not by too much
Personally I wish I'd got a 170 myself now lol

I want a wolf in sheep's clothes. The 170 BHP sounds like the one.

Just get an s3, if you going to get a 170 black edition and mod it just get a car that is as good as that is modded like the s3 you won't be disappointed. I say as good it's a hell of a lot better!

Thanks that's another option. I have £13,000 to spend.

You should find a good one for that money, test drive them and you will see the difference and when it puts a smile on your face that's the one!

It not going to get a 2-3 yr old S3 for 13000, probably a 07,57 and maybe a 8 plate.
Personally I'd get the newest car u can
