A3 S-Line Rear Disc Heat Shields?

I need to replace the rear disc heat shields on my 2004 A3 S-line.
A cople of questions.
Is it an easy job?
Is there anywhere i can buy them other than an Audi dealer?

disc has to come off and in order to remove the disc you have to remove caliper and carrier
you are talking about the black disc gaurds that fit behind the disc arnt you?
