New steering wheel options

What options do I have for fitting a new steering wheel to my 2011 s3. The one I have is a to thin and want something chunkier like out of the rs4/6

would have to buy a new airbag? And any idea of cost?

Going by past threads it looks a nightmare with trying to get the airbag working.
Might be different with the newer ones tho.

Not hard at all, I have got the TTRS Steering wheel in mine (the only chunky one for a manual)
