replacing badge on S3 / S Line steering wheel ?

how hard is it to get the small rectangular badge off the S Line steering wheel without damaging the badge/wheel ?

can it be done easily? i notice badges are on ebay, but no idea how to get old one off. looks tough! dont wanna do it wrong and mess up more than needed lol.

Depends on the wheel type, is it the FBMFSW or leather sine wheel type.

If fbmfsw its a little tricky & cant result in breakages so have to be careful & remove airbag & he trim surround, then pop out the badge plate & then pop the badge of the plate, you can refit everything & then pop a new badge in when it arrives, if its the leather basic one, it can be levered out carefully.
