I have the same problem. Don't you also have an error on the HVAC module?
The PTC element is broken. You can either ignore it, buy a new one but is very expensive or find a SH one at the brakers.

It is not related with the engine. Is an electric heater located inside the car, behind the center console.
I understand that in some cases it could be repaired. You can live with it like that but during cold times you'll only have heat when the engine warms up. This heater is supposed to start giving warm air inside like in 1-2 minutes.
Also, since it has around 1000 watts (iirc), lowers the MPG during winter
And be careful, if you want to replace it, buy one with the exact code (D at the end) because depending on that letter their shape is different.
Mine has an E at the end. I know someone who bought one with an F and had different shape and couldn't install it.
