Audi S3 2007 Changing xenon light bulbs

Hi Guys,

I have made a few searches but no avail,

Just wondering is it possible to change the bulbs without removing the front bumper?
I got an S3 2007 so pre-facelift car D1S bulbs i assume?

Ive looked under the bonnet, looks tight but might be do-able, just dont want to try and unclip anything knowing that its possibly impossible to get back on without removing the bumper etc.

Any information will be helpful,

Your only real hope is through the arch liners, but even so its a pita, so bumper of is best option.

I can get my hand down the gap just not sure if I can get the bulb out yet.
but do you know if anyone has successfully changed the bulbs without taking bumper off? If not I will have no choice but to actually take it off :/

Take my word for it, remove bumper or you're in for a world of pita hurt.
