Coolant leak again . Video included

Hi all. The coolant on my TDI has started too leak again . I only had the mechanic fit a new timing belt and waterpump a few months ago and it seems like its leaking from that area again and the sound of the engine had changed. A friend mentioned i should change the alternator pully as there seems to be alot of vibration around that area could this be the reason the water pump has gone again. Any advise would be great before i take it back to the garage tomorrow
