Audi concert volume temperamental

Few things that are starting to bug me but aren't a major problem and just wondering if there is an easy fix! Basically the volume control doesn't seem to do what i tell it to do. As i turn the knob to increase the volume sometimes it will increase it but as i'm still trying to increase volume it will decrease instead and just goes goes to random volume levels. I want to keep this as i love the OEM look on the Audi's, is it possible to just replace the button or will i need to buy a new Audi concert stereo?

The volume issue is common, best to find a replacement unit & then sell yours on the bay as faulty volume, people do buy & repair & sell on again.

Alternatively, upgrade to a better unit, we supply/fit oem technology systems if interested.
