Heated seats issue

My heated seats in my 2010 s3 have never really worked well and only realised they were not working right when I had the use of a newer a3 from audi. Now has any one have this issue they just don't heat up and audi seem to think its to stop the seats form warping does this seem right although they are trying to load a system software update to resolve it.

My heated seats work, but in comparison to my old Mk5 GTI they are slow to heat up and where setting #2 was more than enough to keep me toasty warm in the GTI, I need to be on at least setting #5 in the S3 to get even close to the warmth of the GTI.

Just got it back and it's no different and not happy really you can barely feel it on

Where are you from? Testing heated seats in July! XD

My car's obviously older than you but my heated seats work just fine
