Will this MFSW fit my A3?

You will need to remove your airbag to check if it has the same 2 locating pegs as in the e ay wheel, if its not the same fitting then you'd need either a different wheel, a different airbag or a complete wheel/airbag.

I have a complete used dsg mfsw for sale with airbag.
