Help!!!!limited Time

Really need some ones help here as I am on limited time.
I have a chance of some brand new 17 inch 5 stud alloys of my friends car. Only thing is it is a Nissan Duke will these fit my Audi A3?
Which has 17 inch alloys. I have tried them up against my car and they look like they will fit, but I don't know for sure.....

no wrong stud pattern

nissan are 5 x 114.5

audi 5 x 112

and likely wrong offset
