Can anyone tell me what the differences between 0w30 and 5w30 Castrol Longlife SLX II??

Can I mix um?

0w30 stays thinner at lower temperatures i.e. its more suited to running in extreme cold climates. You could mix them but you'll degrade the properties of both...

Mine isn't into using oil at all (none in the first 2000 miles (3 weeks old /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif), that last Cabrio (i.8t) gobbled the stuff.

Confident now that it isn't a drinker - I have taken the oil out of the bag and put it on the garage bench and the bag now has a can of deicer in it instead.
