Parking sensors in a bumper without holes

I'm considering upgrading my 2006 A3 SLine to the facelift bumpers.

I currently have parking sensors installed and so want a bumper with the holes installed already. These seem to be like rocking horse sh*t.

Can holes be easily enough installed on a bumper without the holes already cut or is more work than I think needed?
 
Search through threads, this topic has been covered with one forum member who can install holes, so sensors look OEM.
 
Yes I've done the sensor holes, using the right tool, namely a cone cutter, you can achieve perfect holes, but of course you need the correct brackets aswell to hold the sensors.
