Question about driver's door switch...

Hi, I have a parasitic drain on my battery and need to eliminate a faulty circuit/s.

I cant get access to the fusebox behind the steering column with the driver's door closed but i cannot perform the testing with the driver's door open.

How can I disable the door switch or engage it with the driver's door open?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site.

Just push the latch over manually with your finger to simulate door closed, but press the buttons on the driver side door card to disable any alarm monitoring systems before locking, as door will be open so interior sensor will go of otherwise.

Do you have BT or RNS-E fitted?
