Had the car ( 2004 2.0 TDi SE DSG)checked by Audi as part of free summer check in Aug 05...They found the air inter cooler pipe was leaking and needed a new seal + clip..@£2.58 each side.This is a 60mm OD pipe that runs low down across the front of the car behind the bumber and just above the undertray...Part ordered and 2 weeks later fitted under warranty...
Today they did a free winter check and found intercooler pipe was leaking with a small amount of oil 'moisture' which had weeped onto the under tray and out near the near side frong wheel inner liner... This time they had the seals and clips in stock and fitted them to boh sides there and then..Fab service... Question is....has the car just been unlucky or is it a fault others have suffered?
