Econ button Staying on !!! Help !!!

Hi all,

With the decent weather recently iv been trying to use my aircon but the econ button wont turn off so I just get normal air coming through the vents, any ideas what it could be, im thinking that maybe my aircon needs recharging or possibly the button is just broke, any help would be much appreciated.

Button isn't broke, it could be gas, G65 sensor or a fuse , get it scanned &/or check fuses for rad fans.

Sorry to bump the thread, will I need to get mine scanned too as I found the problem to be a blown fuse.

Or is there another way around it?

GOTO KWIKFIT!!!

They will regas and not charge you if it fails.

To be honest I would scan the car then if that's ok go to kwik fit I can do my own a/c as its my trade and I have the tools and gas but kwik fits no fix no fee I can't beat I think it's only £50

Thanks for the help, iv got a mate who works at qwik fit so I will go see him, just thought id ask on here first.

It does this when you have compressor failure too.
