Afternoon all, first time poster, fairly long time lurker.

So i recently joined the Audi club for the first time, a 2010 A3 Black Edition, which came with the built in Sat Nav via RNSE and an ipod connector in the glove compartment. I'm yet to use the ipod connection and missus is giving me grief as she likes to play cd's whilst she is driving but as you will all know that would mean ejecting the Sat Nav dvd so a bit of a problem for those of us who are allergic to map reading.

I'm thinking the best way to restore some peace is to install a CD changer in the glove box using the ipod connector (or in English, disabling the ipod connector and replacing with the CD changer).

Would appreciate some advice from those in the know on how to go about doing this and any recommendations for units (the more discs the better).

Thanks in advance.

Why cant she just put tunes on the ipod?

Yes you can remove the ipod unit & fit changer, seems backward to me but alas.

Why not just fill some sd cards with music?
If you do want to go down the cd route though, I have a spare cd changer with cable to fit the rnse and a compatible glove box if needed
