8P3 3 door Rear diffuser S line/Sport compatability

Does anyone know if the diffuser on a 8p3 sport can be changed without needing a new bumper? Any idea on prices involved?

Yes it can. I have the s-line single exhaust diffuser in the classifieds. ASN member Riichard has done it recently.

Thats the new rear bumper, my bumper is different to that. You can see on the picture below that the whole bottom part of the bumper is the diffuser?

TaylorK was asking if the 8P3 S-line diffuser would fit his 8P3 Sport, and it does.

Your's is an 8P2 so the 8P3 diffuser will not fit your car.
