I have a 56 plate 2.0TDI 170 A3 which needs an Oil Change soon, now i was going to take it to Audi to get it done to maintain the Full Audi service history but after seeing a thread about National oil changes I am in 2 minds. Is it worth paying more for Audi to do it and get the stamp off of them or better to go elsewhere for the minor services? I still plan on going to Audi for Major services.

Thanks

Why not do it yourself?

I am looking at using a independent Audi / Vw specialist for my oil change as book also says Brake fluid change. Been quoted £89 all in so fair bit cheaper than main dealer. This is for a S3 though.

It's up to you, if you think having an Audi stamp for an oil change is important. I for one don't.

I don't think its important, but when i look to sell it on i know some people can be fussy like that. I did my old car myself (Yaris) and kept the receipts but the person who bought it still tried to knock some money off because there wasn't a stamp in the book.
