Maybe this isn’t the right place to ask but I do it anyway!

I am looking for a person/company who is able the fabricate the flowing:
Subwoofer grill & amplifier faceplate (see example)

Amp faceplate

If you have any tips or links, I tried a couple but no luck so far.

I've also notice that extra ring. Should be 4 not 5.
