Does your electric driver's door mirror fold slower?

My A3, owned since Oct 8th has this problem and the drivers mirror now regularly fails to fully open out on its own without a bit of gentle persuasion. Will be visiting the dealer to have it fixed...
someone on this site, about a year ago, said that it's a know Audi fault and they will swap it with a new/different part that solves the problem... I haven't bothered myself... might wait until I have some other work done and get it done at the same time.
