Clutch flywheel replacement

My flywheel and bearing are rattle like there's no tomorrow with the clutch in or out makes no difference just changes the knocking noise. Wanting to replace it so what's my best option? Iv been advised to get a solid mass fly wheel because the dual mass are prone to breaking? Weres the best and cheapest place to get a clutch kit from?
