Where is Camfollower & ease of changing?

Hi all, seen a few people saying to check Camfollower regular & recommend changing every 5k or so as its a cheap thing to do. Just wondering where it is located & how easy it is to change yourself? Im not really mechanical on cars, can change things like filters etc but not much other experience of tinkering with engine. Thanks

There is a guide thread on here somewhere written by Warren_S3. Have a search mate. Though if you aren't confident then I would leave it to a specialist bud.

Perhaps check it every 20k would be more prudent. Unless engine has serious issues 5k is to early.
