How to remove sub woofer panel

Hi forum,

I would like to replace the sub woofer enclosure but need to remove the panel first.
Found one screw (see photo) but no clue how to proceed. (2011 A3 Sportsback 1.6 TDi 5 doors)

IIRC the seats need to come out to access this panel.

1. Start by using a flat head screw driver to remove the black retaining clip between the seats in the boot (you can see it in your photo)
2. Loosen the screw and keep it safe
3. Remove the seats... might be easier to remove the rear bench first

When you have removed the seats access will be much easier...

This system cannot be touched! The amp is mounted in the rear quarter panel on the passenger side.

if its similar to a 2006 sportback, then take out parcel shelf and everything out of boot. take off the trim bit where the warning triangle is. then just a few screws and it will come off !
