You want to decode it so you need. Code for it to work again ? A standard sterio head unit ?
 
audi upgrades
If so take the earth terminal off from the battery and put it back in and thats it i think you sterio wont work until you enter the code and also it will be back to factory settings

How can I find it?
 
If it's not in the stereo handbook, take the car to an Audi agent and they'll get you the code. Some charge and some don't!
