V6 coolant loss

Hi all I replaced my engine coolant temp sensor a week past Thursday and have been topping up with antifreeze most days so I thought I had air in the system however for the last 2 it has been ok I have probably driven 30 miles each day with no drop but today I checked it and it has dropped with no evidence of leakage I have also notice that I can wiggle my sensor around but it doesn't leak
any thoughts .

no mayo so hopefully the head gasket is ok

This car makes me paranoid after the update I notice oil around the drivers side output shaft on the gearbox and then a noise from the rack when turning left at parking speeds its a bit of a money pit and its only done 35 k
