Am just a bit curious as to how comes the a3 3.2 and the r32 mk5 don't make that infamous (fart) sound both dsg/s tronic but the a5 3.2 and the q5 3.2 does?

are the 3.2's in these cars charged at all? I thought that sound was the ignition cut on turbo engines causing a slight pop on gear change, also isn't that the 3.2 fsi? different engine to a3/r32

My REVO mapped S3 does a slight fart on gear change if pushing it even with a standard exhaust.

i think it's because the 3.2 is naturally aspirated
