Advice needed on rear light

I had some water inside the rear passenger side rear light on my 09 a3 sline a few weeks ago. I think I've solved that problem, but a new problem has popped up probably due to the water issue. The led tail light has gone out throwing up a bulb out warning on the dash. It's the actual led tube that's out not just a normal bulb. Are these fused individually? The drivers side tail light still works fine. If its not a fuse any suggestions what I can do next? Thanks in advance

Also the both parts of the led light is not working. One being on the boot lid,they have separate power and connections, that's why I thought it could be a fuse blown?
