New Turbo fitting in Northeast

Looks like I may need to purchase a new Turbo shortly after I keep getting the dreaded P9571/P2563 error code.
It may just need some adjustment to the actuator hopefully.
Does anyone know a specialist in the Northeast that can have a look at my motor?
There's so many cowboys out there I don't want to get ripped off. It's happened too many times in the past.

Any help would be great.

Swift are Audi/VW specialists where I've been taking my A3 but they are fairly far away from you.

Bit far maybe but turbo clinic are very good and eather do courior exchange or if you want to have a run out a drive in leave a few hours and drive out mate

Volkswerk or Ron Turnbull over the border in Middlesbrough.

Both are VW/Audi specialists and will have seen HUNDREDS of turbo replacements.

Actuator is set from factory & should not be adjusted.
