What adaptor do I need for an oem xenon retrofit?

Links dead, but needs to be 09 onwards halogen to bixenon adapters.

What action should I do in order to see whether I need to replace the central electric
because i'm not sure if my central elecrtic is suitable for upgrading to bi xenon.
