Audi A3 8P Centre Cap Question

Hi guys I have the 18" 5 Arm alloy wheels as per below picture. My question is can I change the centre wheel caps to the ones below? I think they will be a nice subtle change.

Search the forum, I think there are two sizes.

those caps look different coz the 2nd one has a ring on the lip.
i dont think it will fit.
