Has anyone blacked out headlights?

Wondering if anyone has dissasembled and blacked out the headlights on a facelift with DRL/Bi-Xenon?

Currently I have LaminX but think it may look better with all the chrome blacked out.

If anyone has any pictures I would appreciate seeing them

Year of facelift would help, do you mean the led drl headlights?

They're a fecker to split, nothing like the 03-08 version, I started out of research but the damage that would of been made to the headlights frame, would of been too severe at the time, so left them for now.
