I'm new on the forum so please excuse me if I've posted this in the wrong section.
I'm looking at possible ways of boosting the horsepower on my 2004 Audi A3 1.6 FSI petrol engine. Currently it has 115HP.
I've looked at some products online, such as this one Audi A3 (03-on) 1.6 Petrol 40 BHP POWER CHIP & FUEL SAVER - �49.99 : Tuning Wizard - High performance chip upgrades, fuel savers and much more, unleash your vehicles full potential. and I'm assuming it's complete crap as it's really cheap and it claims it can boost hp by 40 which seems very surreal for a petrol engine.
I also looked at remapping the engine (Audi A3 TDi FSi Remapping - Mobile ECU Remap Chip Tuning Yorkshire Discount | eBay) which is more expensive but for my particular model of car it will only go up by 13HP.
Can you guys suggest the best way to go about doing this?
